Welcome to Fi's TCM program, the Late Summer Series. In this edition we will work on creating harmony in your body through meditation, yin, yin-yang yoga and pilates. We hope you enjoy this balanced program that will help you relax as well as release that energy that comes with the (late) summer time.

  • TCM Late Summer Series w/ Fi (TCM tips)

    Use these helpful tips from Fi to help you reset and ground during the late Summer period. These tips include a cooling breathwork exercise as well as an acupressure point exercise.

  • Pilates w/ Fi to strengthen and tone the core | 35 minutes

    This strengthening and lengthening mat class is designed to train all sides of your core. Prepare to breathe, sculpt, twist and tone.

  • Bondi Flow w/ Fi for a balanced practice | 30 minutes

    Follow Fi as she begins the class with tension releasing yin, builds up to a more fiery yang practice, and then ends the class back with yin.

    Relax and ground yourself in these soothing yin poses. This class will help you to settle the excess energy that flows through us during the summer time and help you feel secure and grounded in your body.

    Get ready to build some heat as you use every muscle in your core in this toning and sculpting pilates class.

  • Bondi Flow w/ Fi for balanced energy sweetness | 30 minutes

    Join Fi in this yin/yang flow to create harmony in the body. Starting with breath work, you will then move into more active yang poses and then end the practice with some soft and gentle yin.
