    Full description: A relaxing flow that will release tension and stretch out your whole body. This flow is all about taking it down a notch and allowing your body to move as it needs to, not forcing anything.

  • Restorative yin w/ Veda Ela for rest and relaxation | 20 minutes

    An incredibly restorative practice to help your body rest and eventually find sleep. This is the perfect practice for when your body and mind feels overloaded and needs a break.

    Props: 2 large pillows, a small pillow and a bolster (or a rolled up yoga mat).

  • Yin Flow w/ Judith to release stiffness and calm the nervous system | 30 minutes

    A slow yin-style flow to release any stiffness in the body and find space. Allowing your breath to slow down as the class unfolds, you calm the nervous system and find yourself feeling super zen and centered. An all time favourite!

    Philine will guide you through a flow that focuses on the outer hips, inner thighs and side body which will stimulate the liver and gall bladder energy line.

  • Yoga Nidra w/ Cuny to completely unwind | 55 minutes

    An incredibly calming class to let go of all the day's tension and let your mind and body relax.

    Props: 1 or 2 blankets and big pillows

    This chilled out class will include poses that will stretch and lengthen the spine as well as create space in the lower body.
